Module 5 of the Executive Education program for the top officials of the Lviv City Council was held at the UCU’s School of Public Management on September 4-5.
During the first training session, Pavlo Sheremeta used the case of Dubai to talk about differentiated and focused value, profit, and people propositions for municipal development.
Yaroslav Prytula, Director of the UCU Program in Computer Science and Professor of Quantitative Methods for Business Decision-Making, focused on risks, their sources, risk measurement and management. In particular, he told the participants how to apply risk measurement and management tools to elaborate and implement innovative high-value, low-cost projects aimed at Lviv’s strategic development.
It is noteworthy that the Executive Education program from the UCU’s School of Public Management is a 6-month practical training course for the top officials of the Lviv City Council. During six modules, participants will be elaborating and implementing innovative high-value, low-cost projects aimed at the city’s strategic development. The program embraces the following courses: Management and Strategy, Project Management, Understanding your Client/ User, People Management, Finance, and Communication.
