Projects involving representatives of School of Public Management have a synergistic effect.
Valentyna Zasadko, an analyst of School of Public Management, was invited to participate in the Ukrainian-Norwegian project “Participatory Democracy and Justified Solutions at Local Level in Ukraine” initiated by the Association of Ukrainian Cities (AUC) and organized in collaboration with the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (KS) and the Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research (NIBR).
On May 23-25 in Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk Valentyna Zasadko presented the results of survey conducted within the framework of the project. The large-scale study focused on education, healthcare and social welfare in Ukrainian cities.
Some participants of Executive Education program for the Lviv City Council are involved in Ukrainian-Norwegian project too.
Hence the survey of Ukrainian-Norwegian project becomes the scientific basis for practical work within Executive Education program at School of Public Management.
