On May 29-30 youth from all over Ukraine participated in a forum and hackathon on city, state and the world management… They also learned how to generate and implement ideas through social projects, predominantly in such spheres as education, culture and urban studies. Pavlo Sheremeta, together with Illia Keningshten, Arseniy Finberg and Olga Rudnieva, led the final session of the “Impulse for Change” forum.
On the next day the participants started the discussion during which they had to develop not only the idea how to develop a city or a district, but also, they had to prepare implementation plans. Pavlo Sheremeta shared his experience on the real implementation tools and motivated participants highlighting what to focus on, how to manage the team, where to look for financing.
Despite the “Impulse for changes” Kharkiv hosted number of other events, such us European Maker Week and a conference at the Kharkiv Economic University. We discussed innovations, business, education and perspectives of potential common projects with the School of Public Management UCU. How to make education self-sufficient? It is important to discuss such issues and find the answers. Proper discussion can stimulate important changes.
