The Master of Public Administration (MPA) Program aims to equip its students with a new vision, values, additional tools and skills in public administration and regional governance.
The objective of the MPA Program is to train students in:
- Understanding characteristics of the institutional organization of the state and society in Ukraine
- Predicting the impact of the policy activities of public authorities on society and geopolitical forecasting
- Identifying strategic problems in state-society relations and using European and international experience in a thoughtful manner to find solutions
- Using innovative information technologies for public administration needs
Prospective MPA students:
- Anyone seeking a career in public administration and local self-government
- Anyone striving to transform the state management system and implement local self-government reforms and thus requiring a new vision, values, additional tools and skills
- Newly elected local government officials and newly appointed officials of government agencies
- Representatives of civil society organizations and political parties seeking to create new leaders
Program duration – 18 months, start of the Program – September 2016
Mediums of instruction are Ukrainian and English.
